The constitution of Nath Group is a partnership firm. This firm came into
existence on 11th September, 1992. The partners of the firm are two
technocrats, Mr. Shirish Godbole and Mr. Pradeep Pimparkar.

THE PARTNERS:-
Mr. Shirish Godbole:-
Mr. Godbole has done his graduation from college of Engineering Pune with Distinction and
had secured 4 th rank in University. He worked with Ghatge Patil Industries,
Kolhapur for about 1 year. His intense desire to start his own business and
because of special liking in the fields of polymers and construction chemicals,
he started his own proprietary firm – M/s Metachem Enterprises, specialized in
waterproofing contracts and building rehabilitation works.

Mr. Pradeep Pimparker:-
Mr. Pimparkar is a bachelor of Civil Engineering. He passed from Walchand College of
Engineering, Sangli, with distinction in 1985. He worked with M/s Rathi Kumar
Behare, Pune as site engineer for 1 year. In 1986 he was selected as Assistant
Town Planner in the Town Planning Department of Government of Maharashtra. He
worked with this department for 5 years. After resigning from the Government
service he worked as a Government registered contractor and formed a team for
M/s Nath Associates.

Nath Group started the works and since beginning made a distinct name in the
field by exhibiting highest quality standards in construction and completing the
projects well within the schedule with all commitments fulfilled to the
satisfaction of the customers.
